Remote Support from Technitune

Home Users:
Please note that remote support for homes is a pre-paid service and will require payment up front or an active direct debit plan set up. 

  • Remote support is charged in 15 minute intervals.
  • When your pre-paid credit runs out we will request purchase of an additional hour block in order to complete the current session.

You can purchase one hour blocks of remote support conveniently on the left side of this page with PayPal, over the phone via Credit Card or in advance at our office.

Alternatively if you use our service often, we can set you up with a direct debit plan which will debit the service from your bank account automatically after we finish.

Business Customers:
Your remote support session will be charged based on the arrangement we currently have with your business. If you are unsure please ask us before starting the session. Business remote support usually does not cover personal devices even if they are used for business unless your company has arranged this.

Instructions for arranging remote support:
  • Please call us on (02) 57 111 245 to arrange a remote support session
  • We will verify payment for home customers
  • We will create a ticket entry in our system detailing the requirements of the support
  • Remote support may be scheduled at a later date if more pressing issues exist for us to solve
  • When the technician is available (they may have to call back at a scheduled time) they will advise you to start the remote support session with the button below.
